Athletics
The University Club features a state-of-the-art athletic facility with over 10,000 square feet of exercise and recreation space. Whether you want to enjoy a solo workout or join one of our
numerous aerobic or strength-training classes, the University Club offers exercise options to meet your needs.
Classes are offered free of charge (with the exception of Body Cycle), and a professional, full-time trainer is available to help you develop a workout regimen that fits your lifestyle.
Our athletic facilities are open 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week to all members and their families. Dependent children under the age of 18 are restricted in the use of the facility to weekends and holidays and weekdays after 5:00 PM. Children must be accompanied by their parents.

- Hot tub, sauna and steam rooms
- Free and selectorized weights (dumbells and plates)

- Golf reciprocals
Additionally, we also offer golf and bike outings, as well as spa days that are open to all members.

Personal Training
Level 1 Trainer
Rate $45 per hour. Trainer must have certification or updated with continuing education credits through seminars and 6 years of experience.
Level 2 Trainer
Rate $35 per hour. Trainier must have certification or updated with continuing education credits through seminars and 2 to 6 years of experience.
Level 3 Trainer
Rate $25 per hour. Trainer must have current certification and one year of experience.
Personal trainers are available. We also offer ½ Power Sessions for $35 per half-hour.
